How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who reaches out to Vsstandard Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Vsstandard Garage Doors handled your call or message
- The way we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Vsstandard Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@vsstandard.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
Not Satisfied With the Answer?
Reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
